
We provide 6-8 volunteers the third Saturday of each month from 9:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Christ Lutheran Soup Kitchen. Volunteers prepare food, wash dishes, set tables, and serve food. Upcoming dates are January 16, February 20, and March 20. Thank-you for sharing in this ministry.
First Rehearsal is Sunday, October 11, 2:00 pm
High School students who sing, play instruments or are interested in running the sound board are invited. Rehearsals are on scheduled Sunday afternoons, 2:00 - 3: 30 pm. Just show up at rehearsal or contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for more information.
All youth attending a St. Luke Youth Group Event are required to have a form on file, this form serves as a permission slip and Emergency Contact form.
This form will be good for the year September 2009 thru August 2010.

Dr. Del Tackett’s videos will spark interesting and lively discussion related to a Christian Worldview.
High School Youth Group meets on Sundays, 6:30 - 8:00 pm.

Those who are new to the congregation, new to the faith or interested in either are invited to our fall edition of This Way to God.
Pastor Davis leads this class on Saturdays, October 10, 24, 31 and November 14. The classes will run from 9:00 am until noon.
Meets on Monday afternoons, 4:15 - 5:45 pm, September through May.
For 3rd thru 8th grade students. (Grades 7 & 8 is Confirmation Instruction)
All students meet for the first 15 minutes in the Fellowship Center for the ‘Opening’ which consists of songs, contests, prayer and Bible passage review.
Three times a year, students participate in Service Projects which teach them about helping others and putting their faith into action.
Our program is developed around these four goals:
1. to help each child develop a deeper relationship with God
2. to help each child grow in their knowledge of the Bible
3. to help each child acquire the spiritual discipline to lead their lives according to Christian belief
4. to prepare each child for Confirmation Instruction given in the 7th and 8th grades
